Our service fees vary depending on your treatment plan. All patients have different needs so that everyone has different treatment plan. Please contact us to inquire about service fees.
In order to perform what is needed for the patient by our doctor's clinical judgement, we're out of network from all of insurance companies. However, we will file your insurance for your out-of-network benefit when it is appropriate. Please inquire about your insurance plan.
In order to provide services as many people who need help as possible, we do offer a payment plan. The payment plan is available to anyone. Please ask us to find out the payment plan.

In order to perform comprehensive examination and rehabilitation, initial visit usually takes approximately 2-3 hours. Follow-up visits vary greatly based on your goal and rehabilitation plan. We will build an individualized rehabilitation plan based on your needs and goals.

Dr.Ikeda will take time for each patient to perform comprehensive examination and offer rehabilitation plan. Therefore, an appointment in advance is needed. However, in the case of acute low back pain or whiplash injury, Dr. Ikeda may be able to accomodate such cases. After hours and weekend appointment are also available uopon reuqest.
